Returns & Exchanges

To process a return, please make sure that all items have their original tags attached and are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, with no odors, tears or stains.

Easy Clothes offers up to 30 days to return your purchase!

Returns made within 15 days of receipt are eligible for either store credit or your original payment method.

Returns made 16-30 days after receipt are eligible for return for store credit only!

In the event of non-compliance with our return policy, the returned item(s) will be considered as inconsistent with our returns policy and it will not be reimbursed. In the event of non-compliance the return will be rejected by our teams.

What items are returnable?

  1. Easy clothes offers up to 30 days to return your purchase! you get 15 days to return your purchase for either store credit or your original payment method. Past that 15 day period you get an additional 15 days to return your items for store credit only!
  2. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered. Any sign of makeup on the garment will be considered as worn.
  3. The garment must be returned in original condition, with no perfume or smells (cigarettes, smoke, exc.)
  4. With all the original tags intact

In the event of non-compliance with those instructions, the return item will be considered as inconsistent with our returns policy and it will not be reimbursed.

All products purchased at Easy Clothes are eligible for return. Sale items are only eligible for store credit.

What items are non-refundable?

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • All sale items and items sold during a sale are eligible to return for store credit only. No refunds to original payment methods regardless of the circumstance.

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 14 days of the delivered date. Our teams will get that sorted for you right away making sure your experience is as pleasant as possible for you in hopes of making it up to you! Although quality control issues are rare they can happen, to limit this as much as possible we have a strict quality control system in place. However occasionally it can happen that an item slips between the cracks and in that case we will do everything in our power to make it up to you.

Easy Clothes offers exchanges for specific items. The availability of exchangeable items is dependent on the item itself. These items may be eligible for exchange for a different size, color or even a whole different item. These can be seen in our returns and exchange portal where you can try this on your own side by clicking on your order and selecting exchange.

The following items are not eligible for exchange: 

  • Gift cards 

To Process Your Return:

  1. All you need is your Order # (your order number is found in the confirmation email that you received from us when your placed your order). 
  2. You need the email that you used to place the order (the email used to received the confirmation email).
  3. Then tap this link to start Generating a Return Label
  4. Once on the page enter your order # and email and follow the on screen instructions.
  5. A return shipping label will automatically be emailed to you when you have completed the on screen instructions

How do I ship back the items?

United States Orders: To return a product, visit our returns center and follow our returns instructions. One completed place the product in a shipping poly mailer or small box, stick the provided shipping label on it and drop it off at your local postoffice (USPS)

International Orders (Outside the United States): All ll international orders must acquire postage on their own side and ship the return to 5709 East 61st Street, Commerce 90040, United States. Once completed, please email our customer service (support@easy-clothes.us) with your order number as well as the tracking number so our teams can track your return in the event a problem may occur in transit.

  • Refund to the original payment method (returns of full priced items within 15 days of receipt)
  • Refund to store credit (retruns made 16-30 days after receipt & all sale items excluding final sale)

All sale items are refundable for store credit.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is dropped off at our warehouse give us 5-7 Business to process your return. All refunds go to the original method of payment & all Store Credits will be sent to you via email. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Refunds to original payment methods will be received in 2-5 business days depending on your bank and the speed of transactions through that banking system.

United States: All Domestic United States Returns are free if customers choose to receive a refund in the form of store credit. Customers requesting a refund to their original payment method will be charged a flat $5 (USD) fee. This fee will be deducted from your original refund value.

Canada: Canadian Orders must acquire postage on their own side and ship the return to 5709 East 61st Street, Commerce 90040, United States.

If the product received is defective, or if you receive an incorrect item the cost of the return is taken by Easy Clothes and not the customer.
