I bought this as it can use almost year round: Spring to Fall transitional piece. It's a tad long for me (5'2") so the "high" point of it doesn't hit near the knee like the model, but that's because I am petite. Otherwise, I love the flow of the dress and can dress up with heels or casual with my boots

Okay, this skirt is super fun!!! It is shorter in the front and longer in the back with a perfect ruffle all around. The material is so pretty and dainty. I wore this to work with a black dressy tank and some black scrappy sandals but can't wait to put a sweater with it and some boots! The waist is elastic, but has a tie so it looks like a wrap around skirt without the "slit". It is really pretty!
